Can Anybody give me some good websites that teach how to draw or paint? They need to be easy to use?

I was wondering if anybody knows any good websites where I can learn to paint or draw from. Please list them down below. If you have the best site, I will give you 10 bonus points to your account! Thank you! And also, the websites need to be easy to understand because I am a beginner.

DeviantArt.com has a lot of user made tutorials.
But don’t expect to learn right away, art takes a HELL of a lot of practice to get good.

I’m gonna give you two sites intended for specific audiences, which have plenty of more general information. The Figure Drawing Lab at the University of Evansville, Evansville, Indiana is at:
This is indeed specifically geared towards doing academic drawings and paintings of the nude Human Figure. Warning: a lot of diagrams of muscles and bones.
Elfwood’s Fantasy Art Resource Project may sound like anime or something, but it’s actually full of tutorials on subjects like perspective, anatomy of people and horses composition, and various media such as pencil or paints. Generally you will find something no matter what you want to draw.
