Website Builder and Hosting

I am new to website design so I was approached by someone on the internet to do a reseller website program it would be $500 dollar setup fee to start and a $25 dollar hosting fee a month would have to use there hosting program. I would use there easy to build website software to build my customers websites and find my own customer if I have any technical problems contact them they handle all technical problems get me setup with a website the customer would use there hosting program also. I really need advice do you think I can make money during something like this are am I just making that person rich and I am worried I wont make any money. If anybody have any advice. Please Please let me know thanks
