Free is a tall order if you want to use your own domain name. With Photoshop and Dreamweaver you can easily make your own site.
Places like cost money but are also great outlets to sell your images. You get your value back and can use your own domain name.

I would suggest against free as the site is likely to go down often and the customer support will be non-exstent.
I suggest you have a look at they come with unlimited webspace and unlimited data transfer and you can go with them on a monthly basis.
They come with a website wizard and plenty of ready made scripts to accomplish what you are after.
Also when you sign up with them if you enter in a discount code they will give you 25% off their ridiculously cheap hosting plans. code to use is 25OFF
