NVU otherwise known as My Free Website Builder has worked just fine in the past for me. In fact, I’m using it right now to create a video course for my subscribers.
Much of it is available already. I take you step by step through the whole process on screen. I actually design my whole site in the videos.

If you buy a domain name from it comes with a free 5 page website. I like their builder “website tonight” it easy to use, but still gives you lots of options.
